TAPTOPICK, an on-demand laundry service app is TierSpace’s fellow of the month. One of its founders, Halilintar Ramadhan, a 25 years old Industrial Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung, shared a glance into his startup. Lintar co-founded the app alongside his friend, Puja Pramudya, who oversees the tech half of the company.
Currently working at Unilever, Lintar benefited from Unilever’s flexible working arrangements. The flexible working hours at his current employer granted him the much needed time to focus on starting his own business. The hype of emerging start-up companies along with supports from his friend and families also encouraged Lintar to establish his first tech start-up.
TAPTOPICK enables its user to finish their laundry chores with the easiest way to do it, just by tapping. The app is also assisting laundry vendors to expand their coverage area and to have a better and steadier cashflow from their laundry business.
TAPTOPICK has been a member of TierSpace for 3+ months now. He concluded that the conducive environment and casual vibe of co-working space is a good thing for start-ups. Also a co-working space opens up more network and opportunities to promote TapToPick’s services. He is expecting his start-up to become a sustainable business that can contribute to Indonesian economy.
